Shipping and Refund Policy

At Viakerala, we are a small team who work diligently behind the scenes to make this website more efficient and user friendly. When you place an order, we are able to ship it out within 2 working days from when you placed the order. We use India Post services for domestic shipping, and the international services provided for them for any foreign parcels. If you live outside India please email us to get a paypal invoice with the shipping fee for your destination country. We take the utmost care to ensure your order is quality checked and without any damages. Since majority of our products are handmade or use handmade and handloom materials, there are some errors that occur due to the manual process and are acceptable within the design of the product. If you want to see something in detail before you place the order, please contact us.

In the case of a product that is damaged during transit, we will replace the item or initiate a refund to your bank account within 14 working days. Please note that we will need to assess the item and also ensure that it is not used. To make the communication clear, we require you to inform as immediately as soon as you receive the parcel if the packet has been damaged. This will help us to understand at what level the goods were damaged.

In case of size exchanges, please let us know when you place an order if you have a concern or you are unsure about the size required. We can assist you while processing the order, and also send you more measurments if required to avoid a return. If the situation is unavoidable and you have mistakenly purchased a size that is not suitable, please return the item without using it and we will exchange it. We do not have a pick up option for returns, so please understand that the returned item will have to be posted to us from your end.
